In Cairns, Australia, a family’s cat that had been missing for a couple of days was found, and wait for it, inside a 4m python’s belly after the mother of the family noticed a rather tubby snake outside their home! A local wildlife volunteer then took the snake in question to the local vet who scanned the python for the microchip # and found a positive match.
