A friend sent me this video and I have to say it is possibly the most amazing footage I have seen between a wild animal and humans. Christian was a lion raised in captivity that was later released back into the wild in Africa. After a year of being released his “foster-parents” returned to Africa to see how Christian was getting along. They were apparently told that it would be very unlikely that Christian would even remember them - this footage is of the reunion. Quite simply amazing. Welcome to the first of a short video series highlighting some of the amusing antics of cats and dogs living under the same roof.
In this first video, a group of seven adorable Labrador pups get slowly more confident when approaching the family cat; in a manner that only puppies can. So so cute, I am still laughing from this video! A must see for all Buzz Pet readers.

I am a sucker for these types of videos - pets doing the most unlikely of things. So today I present a very cute black kitten exhibiting his affection for water. In my experience, most cats detest water (E.g. When Charlie my Tonkinese accidentally steps in water he will spend the next 10 mintues “cleaning” his paws!), but not this adorable kitten. Give him a bath of water and he is in there playing around. Classic kitten stuff, what a very cool cat I say. Enjoy!

As an avid reader of moderncat, I knew I was in for a good thing when modernpet entitled a recent post “Quite possibly the best video I have ever seen”. With quotes like “tuna is like cocaine for kitties”, put simply this is a must watch video and such a refreshing change from the majority of pet related videos on YouTube.
